Couchdrop SFTP provides you the ability to use the standard interactive SFTP shell with your cloud storage endpoint such as Dropbox, Box, Backblaze B2 etc. without leaving your terminal.
Before starting, you need a Couchdrop account and a linked cloud storage provider. This can be created by visiting https://my.couchdrop.io.
Note, to use Couchdrop SFTP you must have the destination path blank within my.couchdrop.io/buckets for your chosen endpoint.
Start your interactive SFTP session using 'sftp <username>@sftp.couchdrop.io' - This walkthrough is using Dropbox as the endpoint.
To list the files currently in your endpoint use the standard Linux 'ls' command, to change to a sub-directory then 'cd <directory_name>' will take you to the nested directory
To upload files to your current SFTP cloud storage directory then 'put' will be the syntax used, and 'get' will be used to download files from your current SFTP session.
